With more than 40 years of solar expertise and building on years of OEM experience, Silfab Solar is a tier-1 quality brand recognized and trusted by industry leaders across North America. Our panels have consistently earned top performer status by esteemed third- party testing facilities, including PVEL, RETC.

Silfab Solar opened our first facility over fifteen years ago in Toronto, Canada, and now has two manufacturing locations in U.S. manufacturing facilities in Washington State and South Carolina, which feature fully automated production lines and ISO 9001:2015 certified processes that ensure consistent quality and performance.

Our History

In 2010, a collaboration of solar investors saw an opportunity to develop a manufacturing-focused solar PV company that incorporated the latest in technology with the expertise of precision automated manufacturing. Drawing from decades of experience and from working closely with local automotive and robotics companies, a specialized solar manufacturing company was established.

Silfab Solar was built on the extensive knowledge of our founders and a vertically-integrated network of partners that spans the entire photovoltaic supply chain. With a business philosophy of supporting local customers as partners, our founders incorporated the latest in precision automation, manufacturing systems, innovative product development, and process engineering adopted from various projects.
